Help Us Support Oak Grove Elementary Students & Teachers

The Cherokee County Democrats Service Committee has been hard at work planning our next community outreach project, and we’re excited to announce a school supply drive benefiting Oak Grove Elementary School, a K–5 Title I school.

Throughout June and July, we will be collecting much-needed school supplies that will be shared among teachers and students throughout the school year. Oak Grove Elementary has provided a list of the items most needed in classrooms, and we hope our community will come together to help make a difference.

How You Can Help

There are two easy ways to contribute:

• Purchase supplies through our Amazon Wish List
Items purchased through the list will be shipped directly to Service Committee Chairperson Connie Malhiot for distribution to the school during the week of July 13.

• Bring donations to our monthly meetings
School supplies may also be dropped off at the Cherokee Democrats monthly meetings:

• June 11 at 7:00 PM
• July 9 at 7:00PM
