Come and join us for Coffee & Conversations on the first Saturday of every month. This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with other Democrats over coffee, donuts, and engaging discussions with our guest speaker. The topics vary from political to non-political, so there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Doors open at 10am. Program starts at 10:30am

*A $5 donation to cover the cost of donuts and coffee is appreciated. Please register so we know how much coffee and donuts to bring.

Guest Speakers:
Ludi Alem will host an Open Dialogue presentaion. This training is for all volunteers — whether you prefer casual conversations with friends, family, and colleagues, or are ready to connect with voters you don’t know through direct voter outreach. Even if you don’t talk to others much, we would love for you to attend since you never know when the training will be handy.

You’ll learn Open Dialogue skills — attentive listening, thoughtful questioning, and values-based conversation techniques — to help people reflect on their priorities, connect them to progressive solutions, and feel empowered to act.

Gain the tools to inspire, inform, and motivate others, strengthen grassroots participation, and build a fair, inclusive democracy — wherever you engage.

Deb Kent will lead a session for anyone interested in volunteering for Cherokee County Democrats.
