Are you concerned over the amount of data centers being built across the state of Georgia?

Are you concerned that Cherokee County doesn’t have a development ordinance pertaining to data centers?

The Cherokee Democrats Environment Committee will meet August 12 to talk about a coordinated presentation at the Commissioner’s meeting later this month during their public input portion of the meeting about data centers.

The meeting on Aug. 12 is to help prepare speakers who wish to speak during public comments at the Aug. 18th BOC meeting. Even if you are not planning to speak please at the BOC please come Aug. 12 and provide input on what points the speakers should cover.
